We prioritize your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal data in strict compliance with applicable global privacy standards (including GDPR, CCPA, and Google Play User Data policies).

1. Consent & Specified Purpose

We collect and process your personal data (name, email address, optional phone number, and cooking statistics) solely based on your explicit, informed consent, and only for the specified purposes of personalizing recipe recommendations, managing subscription tiers, providing interactive cooking assistance, and enabling community features.

2. Information We Collect

We collect the following categories of data when you access DishVish:

• Account Credentials: Name, email address, optional phone number, and Firebase Auth UID used to authenticate your session.
• Culinary Profile: Saved recipes, meal planning history, Pantry Magic inventory lists, cooking streaks, and XP points.
• Community Content: Photos of dishes you choose to publish to Social Kitchen, comments, and likes. (All photos are food-only and screened by AI).
• Device & Analytics: Anonymized crash logs and device technical identifiers used strictly to ensure app performance and stability.
• Payment Records: Transaction identifiers and subscription status managed via Google Play Billing or Razorpay. (We never access or store payment card numbers, bank credentials, or CVVs).

3. Data Hosting & Cross-Border Storage

DishVish utilizes secure Google Cloud Firebase infrastructure. Your personal data is stored in enterprise-grade cloud database centers. By using our service and accepting our terms, you grant explicit consent for this transfer and encrypted storage necessary to deliver the service.

4. Your Data Rights & Choices

You enjoy the following rights regarding your personal data:

• Right to Access: Request a summary of personal data being processed.
• Right to Correction & Erasure: Rectify inaccurate details, update stale profiles, or request permanent deletion of your account and personal data.
• Right to Withdraw Consent: Revoke consent for processing at any time. (Withdrawing consent results in account closure as processing is essential to provide account-based services).
• Right to Grievance Redressal: Register grievances directly with our designated officer at support@dishvish.com.

5. Data Retention & Deletion Policy

We retain your personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this policy or as required by applicable law:

• Active Account Data: Your profile information, cooking statistics, saved recipes, meal plans, Kitchen Journal entries, and community posts are retained for the duration of your active account.
• Subscription & Billing Records: Payment transaction references, subscription history, and invoice records are retained for a period of 3 years after the last transaction to comply with applicable financial and tax regulations.
• Account Deletion: When you delete your account (via Profile → Settings → Delete Account), all your personal data — including your profile, journal entries, community posts, saved recipes, and records — is permanently and irreversibly deleted from our databases within 30 days. No backup copies are retained after this period.
• Data We Do Not Store: We do not store your payment card numbers, CVV codes, bank account credentials, or biometric data at any point.

6. AI Content Moderation & Child Safety

All user-uploaded photos in the Social Kitchen community are screened in real-time by Google Gemini AI using maximum safety filters to ensure a wholesome, food-only environment. DishVish is intended for individuals 18 years of age or older. We do not knowingly solicit or collect personal data from minors.

7. Third-Party Service Providers

We only share necessary data with vetted infrastructure partners:

• Google Firebase: Authentication, cloud database, and hosting.
• Google Play Billing & RevenueCat: Secure mobile in-app purchase validation.
• Google AdMob: Native mobile advertisement delivery in compliance with Google Play ad policies.

Welcome to Aurevia Digital — DishVish. These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of our platform, including recipe generation, community sharing, meal planning, and subscriptions.

1. Agreement & Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, accessing, or using the DishVish application (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all of these terms, please do not access or use our Service.

2. Eligibility & Account Security

You must be at least 18 years of age or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and maintain the security of your account credentials. You are responsible for all activities occurring under your account.

3. AI Cooking Guidelines & Kitchen Safety Disclaimer

Our recipe cabinet guides, cooking suggestions, and wizard functions are formulated through automated, algorithmic suggestions (AI). These recommendations are for informational and educational purposes only. You must always:

• Thoroughly inspect all ingredients for allergens, freshness, and personal dietary suitability.
• Observe proper food hygiene and handling guidelines (e.g., core cooking temperatures, raw meat safety).
• Practice caution when utilizing stoves, ovens, sharp knives, hot oil, or pressurized kitchen appliances.

Aurevia Digital shall not be held liable for any injuries, foodborne illness, allergic reactions, kitchen accidents, or property damage resulting from following recipe suggestions.

4. Subscription Tiers, Limits & Billing

We offer Free services alongside paid subscription tiers (Sous Chef and Head Chef):

• Free Tier: Basic access with standard daily search allocations and community features.
• Sous Chef Tier: Permits up to 20 detailed AI lookups/recipe generations daily, ad-free experience, and Kitchen Journal logging. Daily limits reset at midnight standard server time.
• Head Chef Tier: Unlimited lookups, custom multi-day meal guides, and priority features.

On Android devices, subscription payments are processed securely via the official Google Play Billing system. On the web platform, transactions are processed securely via Razorpay. 5. Cancellation & Refund Policy

You can cancel your recurring subscription at any time via your Google Play account settings or website billing page to prevent auto-renewal. All payments are strictly non-refundable. Upon cancellation, you will maintain premium access until the end of the current billing cycle.

6. User Content & Community Moderation

By publishing posts, recipes, or images in the Social Kitchen, you grant Aurevia Digital a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content. All uploaded content is screened in real-time by Google Gemini AI. Content violating our Community Guidelines (e.g., adult content, hate speech, non-food images) will be auto-rejected or removed, and may lead to immediate account suspension or termination.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

Unless otherwise indicated, the Service, including its UI, design, code, graphics, and database, is the proprietary property of Aurevia Digital. You are granted a limited, non-transferable, revocable license to access the app for personal, non-commercial use only.

8. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to scrape, reverse-engineer, exploit, or disrupt the Service. Any attempt to abuse the promotional credit system, bypass daily search limits, or compromise security protocols will result in immediate termination of access.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE". Aurevia Digital disclaims all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claims arising under these terms is limited to the amount you paid us in the past twelve months.

10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Bhilai, Chhattisgarh, India.

The Social Kitchen community is a strictly food-only, family-friendly space. All content uploaded to our platform is automatically screened by AI before being published. By posting in the community, you agree to the following content rules.

✅ Allowed Content

• Photographs of food, dishes, home-cooked meals, plated recipes, or raw ingredients.
• Culinary photography — close-ups, flat lays, and beautifully presented dishes.
• A person holding, serving, eating, or posing with their cooked dish.
• Kitchen cooking scenes with cookware and food clearly visible.
• Baked goods, desserts, and culinary beverages.

🚫 Strictly Prohibited (Zero Tolerance)

• Adult / 18+ content — Any nudity, partial nudity, or sexually suggestive imagery. This includes AI-generated adult content.
• Violence or gore — Graphic violence, disturbing imagery, blood, or weapons.
• Hate speech — Images containing hate symbols, offensive text, slurs, or discriminatory content.
• Non-food content — Selfies without food, landscapes, memes, screenshots, or completely unrelated images.
• Spam or misinformation — Repeated posting of identical content, fake reviews, or misleading captions.
• Minors in inappropriate context — Content involving minors that is not clearly related to family cooking.

Reporting: To report content that violates these guidelines, use the "⋯" menu on any post and select "Report". Our moderation team reviews all reports within 24 hours. For urgent safety concerns, email: support@dishvish.com.

You may cancel your Sous Chef or Head Chef recurring subscription at any time via your account settings or your app store subscriptions page to prevent auto-renewal.

Please note that all subscription payments are strictly non-refundable. Upon cancellation, you will retain full premium access to all recipe cabinet guides, cooking timers, and interactive wizard features until the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds or credits will be issued for unused time.

DishVish provides recipes, calorie and BMI estimates, meal plans and cooking guidance for general informational purposes only. It is not medical, nutritional or dietary advice and is not a substitute for a qualified doctor or dietitian. Consult a professional before changing your diet, especially if you have a medical condition, food allergy, are pregnant, or are preparing food for children.

Recipes and suggestions may be generated by artificial intelligence and can contain errors or omissions, including in ingredients, allergen information, quantities, temperatures and cooking times. You are responsible for checking ingredients for allergens and following safe food-handling practices. To the maximum extent permitted by law, DishVish is not liable for any illness, injury or loss arising from use of recipes or health estimates. Recipe photos are supplied by third-party photo libraries (Pexels, Wikipedia and TheMealDB); photographer credits are shown on each photo, and a photo is an illustration of the dish, not a guarantee of the exact result.

Content posted in Social Kitchen is created by users. DishVish acts as an intermediary and does not endorse user content. If you believe any content is unlawful, infringing or abusive, write to support@dishvish.com with the link and reason; we aim to acknowledge complaints within 24 hours and resolve them within 15 days, and may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these terms.

In line with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and applicable Indian law, you may request access to, correction of, or erasure of your personal data, and may withdraw consent at any time. You can delete your account inside the app (Billing & Profile settings) or by emailing support@dishvish.com. We retain only data we are legally required to keep (for example tax invoices) after deletion. DishVish is intended for users aged 13 and above; users under 18 should use it with a parent or guardian's consent.
